"Quaint small town hotel with an indoor swimming pool. Jacuzzi rooms, pet friendly, and in a great spot. Close to restaurants and a local market with stunning views of the mountains."
"If you want to be woken up by a construction crew banging out drywall at 8am on the floor above you, then you should definitely stay here. I work construction and remodeling during company business hours, and one thing we’re always respectful of are the customers who are in those businesses. We were told at the front desk that they would not ask them to stop so the 5 hours of sleep we got are going to make this next job great! A guy on my crew also found a piece of a Bereta on his window sill. Anybody got the number for Hilton?"
"So funny how every month there is an anonymous review stating all the amenities were perfect and basically Informing us of all the renovations needed in the hotel. However, did not fail to inform us of all the basic Needs they cover. Had joined rooms, one supposed to be a king, but instead my husband and I shared a double miserably. The second bed had yellow stains and hair in the mattress. Our lamp shades were repulsive it looked like someone sprayed chili on them. Both refrigerators froze up and spoiled out milk and food. Construction workers began at 6 am on friday, the day after thanksgiving, and woke up my teething toddler. We had to load luggage to 2nd floor for 7 people (4 adults, 2 kids, and a toddler with playpen... NO ELEVATOR the whole time, with exception of couple hours that did not benefit my family. Front desk clerk was only person who had anything good to offer at this hotel."
"Great location! Quality Inn definitely lives up to its name in Franklin. The quality of the room as well as the professional and courteous service from the staff was superb. So good that I booked another reservation for my next trip to Franklin!"
"The first thing that I had to do when I came into the room was to clean bugs off of the air conditioner. Not really something that I was happy about. I'd had a long couple of days of work and travel and I just wanted to take a shower and lay down. The next thing that I noticed was the quality of the bed and pillows. This was probably the worst bed I have ever slept on and a hotel. It was so soft and unstable that when you laid on it, the part of the bed near the headboard actually slanted down. Also when you sat on the edge of the bed, you felt as if you would slip off because it was so worn out. I guess. The next issue was that the TV and microwave did not work. I did not feel inclined to dig behind the TV to try to find out if there was something that I could fix. The next issue at least for me was that the toilet was super low. Its the shortest toilet I have sat on in probably 20 years. Reminds me of toilets that used to be in cheap mobile homes. As far as I could tell, the room was pretty clean. When you walk into a room in the first thing you notice are a bunch of dead bugs on top of the air conditioner, it really makes you wonder if the room is being cleaned at all. I guess I have a problem with that. Paying $100 a night for a dirty room is not awesome. The refrigerator was awesome though. No complaints about that. Unless I had to, I would not stay here again. Luckily I only had to stay one night."
