"I ordered online, and my order was cancelled after a 45 minute wait. The manager said the money I paid would be refunded to my card, but that was over a week ago :( Both times the place was kind of dirty, trash in the floor. The employees are nice, there just aren’t enough of them."

"Very disappointed with the all around experience of my most recent visit. I was not greeted with a "Welcome to Moe's" nor did I hear any in the about thirty minutes I was there. So not a great start that was made even worse by the disappointing serving size especially for the price."

"Came in for lunch for the Moe Bowl Moe Meat , only thing I get. Today when I ordered I paid $15 for 1/2 a bowl of food. The last time I was here it was at least full . Very disappointed. When I brought up to Manager she said that’s what you ordered, shared the amount is significantly less than any other time I have ordered and I will NOT be returning. The less she could have done was offer more rice."

"Thank You! A huge thank you to Moe's fr providing lunch for my staff on World Teacher's Day! The staff truly enjoyed the lunch as was able to help themselves to second's and even thirds! The young lady who helped me carry al the boxes to my car had the best upbeat personality and smile to match. I do not remember her name but she was super sweet. Thanks again Moe's!!!"

"Horrible service, there were two girls working, one was on her phone the entire time as well as eating cheese from the serving containers with her bare hand. The other girl was the only one working while there was a ridiculous line. Photo attached. The food was so-so, they were out of most items. It was my first time there, guess I’ll stick with trusty Qdoba or Chipotle."
