"So Today I went to the website to place an order and it wasn’t working . So I called to the store to place my Delivery order which came out to be almost 50.00 dollars this was at around 6:30 at 8 I had not received my order yet so I called the store spoke to a person that 1st said she couldn’t find my order I was like I know I placed the order and my card was charged she said they have a new system and it acts up sometimes, ok they she precedes to tell me that my order is for pick-up I said that’s incorrect it was for delivery, she was not apologetic she said all we can do is have them bring it to you I was like like long would that be she said 55 min I was like what !!! Let me talk to a manager . The manager gets on the phone said she was the one that took the order did not apologize either said all they could do was give me my money back or delivery. I was like your organization has horrible customer service and I want the GM’s info she said there was not one and I would have to file a complaint with corporate. Jetz do better"
