"You've got to be freaking kidding me a 15-minute wait for a Big Mac meal just some of the least motivated workers I've ever seen in my life the worst McDonald's experience I've ever seen. And it was disgusting. No clean tables. Drinks spilled all over. A disgraceful experience didn't even offer to make it right"

"One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Waited out front about 10 minutes to get somebody to take our order and I had to holler at them in the back to get somebody to come do it then. We went and sat down and waited for our order. They brought it out, set it on the counter and turned around and walked back in the back. They had the order wrong, but couldn’t get anybody’s attention to have it corrected. They no longer have drink access. When I went to get a refill stood there over 5 minutes finally asked somebody in the back they just looked at me and went back to talking to other employees. After five more minutes, I ask somebody else again they just ignored me and went on about their business. Finally got frustrated after standing there for over 10 minutes and left. When I left there were over seven people standing out front waiting to order that had been there since before, I was trying to get a refill. They have lost our business. They were not busy and had hardly any drive through traffic. Simply pathetic."

"Very disappointed in McDonald's for removing the fountain drinks access. Now we have to wait on employees who never seem to be at the front if we want a drink refill. Very frustrating. Why get rid of a good thing?"

"This is a good McDonald’s. Very clean and updated. They have digital ordering kiosks inside if you want to avoid human interaction. Kinda slow on my order and messed up my customization request so minus 1 star."
