"i love this dunkin for coffees but the new cold foam lids for iced drink leak coffee every sip u take. i have had to wipe the lid 100 times and the coffee just keeps dripping out on me every time i take a sip. they need to be tighter or something because i have this problem everytime."

"I stopped this morning to get my normal caramel almond milk latte when I got to the drive-through window I could actively see the employees pouring regular drip coffee into my cup that I paid for a latte and they gave me drip coffee that not to mention taste it like it was from two days ago. When I asked the employee to change it, they said I am crazy Now does coffee also taste like plastic that was melted and put into a cup so if you’re going to charge people exorbitant amount of money, make sure you’re actually giving them the right product"

"On the morning of 8/19/2023, we got a dozen donuts and 3 large pumpkin spice lattes and one ice coffee. 2 of the the 3 lattes were half filled. It was busy but I’m so disappointed in our service. We would have been willing to wait for more coffee to be made. Unfortunately we didn’t notice the problem until we got to our next destination."

"Finally was able to try the new breakfast tacos! They were a good solid 7 out of 10. Could of used more of the corn salsa on the taco and a little more of the crema. Overall they were delicious. Iced coffee was alright, not their best batch. Donut was a little too dry."
