"Had an amazing experience here tonight. I was involved in an accident at the busy corner. Couldn’t drive. Had my 107 pound dog with me. Called an Uber to take us home. Very cold night. Hung out on the sidewalk in front of the drive thru. A young male working at the window checked on me to make sure I was ok. Said he was worried about my safety and getting too cold. Offered me a hot cocoa or coffee and said he’d keep an eye on me. You don’t run across people like that these days. Kudos to McDonald’s for hiring him and kudos to his momma for raising him right. Much gratitude tonight."

"Placed an order through the drive through, the woman taking our order was extremely rude, had an attitude, and rushed us to order our food. We used one of the deals in the app to get a medium fry out of having the choice to get a medium OR a small fry and she said we could only get small. We went to the drive through window and double checked the app and even showed the other person at the mistake and from the other part of the store the rude woman yelled that we could only get a small when the app clearly said we could get a medium by choice. Horrible person, I would not recommend going to this location."

"Weird McDonald’s with difficult to locate entrance. No self service drinks, no one on counter, half the restaurant is closed. Mostly a drive through Mac, but with a strange traffic pattern. Not good here."

"This McDonalds is hit or miss. In the mornings the staff are friendly, polite, and professional. In the evenings the staff at the drive through usually will wear their earbuds and will make mistakes on my orders because they are listening to music. They often refuse to fix the issue and are rude and dismissive."

"The person who waited on us was so friendly and nice. She greeted us, asked how we were and when done said thank you and have a wonderful day. I hope she is the manager. If not promote her. I done know her name but she said she had started her day at 4:30am. We were there on Thursday Nov. 9"
