"Love this place. Adam our sales person was super helpful. We got exactly what we needed. Love our tub."
"Will not be spending another dime here after being treated so horribly by their salesman, Adam! Rude, disrespectful, and downright arrogant - definitely has a problem with women! Take your money somewhere else! PS: We were MORE than kind and accommodating to the delivery team - who rescheduled 4 different times without notice, who couldn't complete the job after being sent pictures and videos of the path and the tub placement, who forgot our steps at the warehouse, who ripped our fence down to get through the yard and knocked a cemented post loose, who asked when my husband would be home so he could help them lift the tub, and after ALL of THAT, we still offered to give them a tip! PPS: We were also empathetic and flexible with the electrician who is doing these jobs for Outdoor Living as a side job unbeknownst to his current employer so his availability is limited to after hours and weekends, therefore he over charges (EXORBITANTLY) and also reschedules (after getting paid) due to burnout and being over committed - citing COVID but stating he'd be here the next day (with COVID)! Risking the health of my family is something I take VERY seriously and absolutely unacceptable. The conflating and unprofessionalism are WILD here and should help anyone shopping around to see that, clearly, ya'll will dig your heels in and are in no way interested in taking accountability and responsibility for your egregious omissions and utter lack of customer service and support."
"Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. The salesman, Adam, spoke over me and wouldn't look me in the eye. There's a reason why this place is in the outlet mall. Do yourself a favor and take your business to a more reputable dealer. We won't be spending any money here!"
"Adam and the whole team at Outdoor Living are beyond helpful - I have had multiple transactions with them from spas to parts and they are always on top of it. From answering emails, talking about different options, to questions, to getting us the parts we needed - we could not recommend them more! You won't go wrong choosing Outdoor Living!"
"Well worth the drive from Charlotte, NC. Excellent outdoor living store with a great selection of top of the line grills and outdoor living appliances, outdoor kitchens, hot tubs and spas. The friendly staff knew their grills in and out and provided recommendations based on what I like to cook and what I wanted to get into. My old Weber was tired and I was ready to upgrade to a better grill than what the box stores offer. I had done my own DD and had a few models I wanted to see in person. After seeing what I thought I wanted in person, I upgraded my circa 2002 Weber Genesis Platinum to the Estate 30 free standing by American Made Grills. The fit, finish, quality and materials of this grill were in a class of their own and American made, and came with all accessories in a ready to go package. The grill was already assembled and then packaged up with shrink wrap and all accessories boxed up and loaded into my SUV with care. Iโm very thankful for this brick and mortar store, because I would not have been happy if I had ordered what I thought I wanted from an online store. Shopping in person, I found what I really wanted and I have a quality grill that I can grill and rotisserie my vegetables, meats, and pizzas for a lifetime."
