"The older woman working there is atrocious. I came in approximately 10 minutes early for my fingerprinting appointment. I checked in and handed off my ID. She directed us to go sit in the two open chairs by the door. I chose to peruse all of the cute items in the shop instead. While perusing the older woman followed me around and kept giving me the rudest look. I'd smile in return to be friendly, however, I doubt that word ever enters her mind. Eventually I had to blow my nose and as I was applying germ-x she rudely interjects not to use lotion as it messes up the fingerprinting. I asked if germ-x was okay since it was not lotion. She just ignored me and rolled her eyes. Finally, it was almost my turn and she demands I go stand by the door to wait while telling my company to go sit by the entrance door chairs. I clearly heard her say, "Enough is enough," in regards to our perusing. I would've bought something if her attitude wasn't absolutely disgusting. I am new to the state and am in search of cute Tennessee memorabilia for my out of state friends, something this store had an abundance of. Her husband, the man doing the fingerprints, was positively lovely. Shame his sunny disposition doesn't rub off on her. Once fingerprinting was done, I walked back to the front chairs to gather my company so we can leave. The old woman's tiny dog had gotten loose and was jumping around checking out all of the people that had walked in. I looked back while walking out only to see her leering into another woman's face that came in for fingerprints telling her to go sit into one of the chairs. What an absolute farce of a business that woman runs. Better follow her orders like a good little dog, that's all she sees you as."

"Unfortunately the system will not allow no stars so please disregard the one star, it should be zero. Woman was RUDE and condescending the entire time I was in the store. I was there for fingerprinting and after scanning my license she told me "to go stand there" and followed suit with the the same rudeness with the woman that came in right behind me. We both followed her direction but when we were then in her way when she tried to come out from behind the counter, she said "go sit in the chairs". Her tone was that of someone training a dog. After she had already scanned my license, waited on someone else, given us both directives twice, and helped the Postal person delivering mail, she asked if I had an appointment. It turns out there was a mix up about the appointment, she was unwilling to help me work through it or to even help me understand what happened. In the end I am grateful that the mix up happened, if it hadn't the state would have paid them for the finger printing service. Was able to go somewhere else, will never do business with them and grateful they did not get paid for the fingerprinting service."

"I can't rate it lower than one star. Legitimately refused to allow my husband to pick up a package for me despite DHL's instructions of having identification and a letter for pick up. DHL's representatives called this branch upon my husband calling for assistance, however, the worker refused to take their calls. This culminated in him having the police called on him as he quietly waited for assistance from DHL to contact PostalAnnex+. DHL has escalated this incident and I hope revoke their partnership. I'm so sorry if you, reading this, has the misfortune of working with any of these people ever."

"Marcelle and Al at the Postal Annex are fantastic! They have helped me on a number occasions with mailing packages, making keys, and general office supplies. We are lucky to have them! It makes my life so much easier. I no longer need to go to the post office and wait in their horribly long lines."

Marcelle makes sure to explain everything and is very efficient and careful with his work. I always get in and out fast and don’t have to worry that something will fall through with the fingerprint results. Highly recommend for these services."
