"My son hit a pothole and had a flat about a mile from JR Tires & Inspections. I called, and he actually had one of his guys come and get the tire off the car, take it back to the shop, replace it, bring it back, and put it on. I can't tell you how much that was appreciated!"

"I visited to have 4 tires put on rims and have the new rims installed. The good: Friendly, fast, and appropriately priced for the work done. It’s a plus they are open on the weekend. The bad: After getting 4 tires of all different tread pattern and wear (first red flag) It took the technician 10 minutes of dropping things and struggling to get the new wheel on the car all while marring up the wheel. I had to step in and mention the lug bolts were too short. So the old wheel was reinstalled, luckily it was only one wheel because after getting home I realized he only reinstalled 4 of 5 lug bolts. I wouldn’t trust this shop to work on a family member’s car out of safety concerns and certainly nothing mechanical out of lack of expertise and shop conditions."
