"JUST LEFT THIS STORE...I ASKED THE GUY WOULD HE CHECK MY BATTERY AND HIS REPLY WAS ....I'M THE ONLY IN THE STORE GIVE ME A SECOND...BUT CAME OUTSIDE & SMOKED A CIGARETTE AND GAVE ME NASTY LOOKS , BUT WENT BACK IN THE STORE TO HELP SOMEONE ELSE..SO I WENT TO ANOTHER STORE & ASKED FOR THE SAME THING AND THE MAN SAID SURE AND CAME STRAIGHT OUT & THE THING IS IT DIDNT EVEN TAKE LONG.."

"I needed my battery tested because I’m having battery issues so I stopped in at this AutoZone and the dude told me he couldn’t come out and help me because he was the only one working there. YET while I was topping off my oil in the parking lot he had time to come out and smoke a cigarette. Starting to really hate AutoZone but enjoy your one star you definitely deserve it"

"I now see why this location has such schitty reviews. Here is my own experience: I am baffled by the response from this company and the extremely poor service they provide. On Monday I was told the product I ordered would be ready by noon, as they had to “go get it” from another location. However, because I did not receive a pick-up email I waited until the following day, but still, no confirmation. I called and was put on hold several times and even hung up on before the same person finally took my call. After explaining my missing product, he grunted and asked if I expected him to go see if they had the product. I explained it was already paid for and I just want to know when I could pick it up. He told me I had to call another time because he didn’t know. Long story short, I contacted Paypal and they refunded my money immediately. Never again will I even consider this location of this store for anything concerning my vehicle."
