When you go to any Advance, you will more often than not find out that you know more about the parts you need than the employee attempting to help you. If you just want wiper blades or fluids then they are fine. But don't expect knowledge. Advance owes it to their employees to train them on the parts they sell, especially for upward mobility opportunity. If someone reading this is not mechanically inclined and can't afford a certified mechanic or just doesn't want to pay the labor cost for repair, YOUTUBE and RESEARCH your issue thoroughly."

When she had a concern about the battery type she got the manager Luis to assist and he came out and was just as amazing. This is the best service I have ever received at an Advance Auto Parts.
