"I have purchased three mattress sets from this location, but after the poor service I just received, I will NEVER buy anything from them ever again. I went to this store because I needed something printed out in order to file a warranty claim and I don’t have a printer at home. I explained to the sales rep that the warranty department was asking for a measuring sheet in order to determine the mattress damage. The sales rep responded that they should have emailed that to me. Once again, I told him I don’t have a printer at home and asked him if he could call customer service and have that emailed to him so that he could print it for me. He quickly responded NO, that he couldn’t do that because that’s a different company and told me to go to a local printing company like UPS or Office Depot to print it! So, I said to him, you’re saying no without even trying? He responded he didn’t have their phone number. It only took a 3 second google search on my cell phone for me to find Mattress Firm customer care, so I called them and placed the call on speaker phone. The rep that I spoke with confirmed that she could most definitely email that to the local store for them to print for me. However, she explained to me that I could also use a ruler and that the measuring sheet wasn’t needed. I ended up not needing the paper after all, but the point is that the store rep was very unwilling to help me and gave me ridiculous excuses due to his laziness and lack of professionalism. Unfortunately I didn’t pay attention to his name, but he was a tall, heavy set, black male probably in his mid 20’s and I think he wore a beard. I came to the store on 11/10/2023 at approximately 5pm. Mattress Firm, you just lost a repeat customer!"

"The salesman Davae was so helpful. He didn"t rush us or use high sales pressure. We felt like he wanted to help us find the right mattress in our budget range. He worked with management to get us any discounts and sales to lower the price to a acceptable level. Can't brag enough about the whole team."

"We were fortunate enough to meet Darius as we shopped for our toddlers very first mattress. I walked in with my guard up, determined to not be “taken advantage of” but I was quickly greeted by a father, an honorable human being and a world class employee with a goal of satisfying his customers. He mentioned he was “the new guy” but he quickly showed he was far from that. We will gladly be shopping here again when mom and dad are ready to upgrade and we hope to run in Darius again.
