"2nd time in last 2 weeks that I went to the jewelry counter in the Winston- Salem store & received no help from a salesperson. Last time, I waited 15 min for 1 of the 2 salespersons to help me after acknowledging my presence, but I apparently was waiting at the wrong counter & other customers who arrived after me were waited on at different counters. Finally left & came back 30 minutes later, same problem. Left again & 3rd time through, no salespersons at all. This 2nd trip to JCP...no salespersons in the jewelry department. Again. JCP should either hire enough people to work their counters, or not HAVE so many separate jewelry areas if unable to find help, or hey, here's a simple solution... have an electronic keypad for sign in for assistance so that 10 year repeat customers don't walk away frustrated."

"If i could give it a negative I would! I ordered a ring October 18th and was told 3 weeks for it to be resized and sent back, we’re 10 days away from DECEMBER 18th and no one can tell me where my ring is! Lesson learned if you get a ring from here and need it resized don’t let them do it! I’ll never make that mistake again and the customer service is GARBAGE! The 5 times I’ve called about it I’ve never talked to the same person nor have they called me back when they said they would and they have all been rude as can be! Obviously there is a reason macys and sears went out of business and if it wasn’t for them being in the middle of the mall they would be closed down to!"

"Husband took me shopping for Christmas early lol, their jewelry dept has a great sale going on right now. Also during Holidays they close at 8 pm."

"Angie and Julia were incredibly helpful. I can't thank them enough for being so sweet, friendly, and attentive. I didn't go into the store with plans to buy anything but after talking with them, I left with a jacket I love. I can't thank them enough."
