"Unbelievably bad shopping experience with Stephanie. We are looking for a soaking tub for our bathroom, getting rid of the old one. We asked to see some ideas, and we were shown literally one tub that the sales woman allegedly had just put in her own home, yet couldn’t tell us many details about it. She acted dismissive of us, and I had to ask to see any other tubs that come in the length we are looking for. She then showed us one more tub. She acted as if she had much more important things to do than sell us a tub. I know we aren’t looking to outfit an entire new build or large development, but that shouldn’t dictate how we are treated. I was so put off by the experience. We have taken our business elsewhere, and have told our contractor about the negative experience since he referred us there to begin with. I had hoped to support a local business, but I’d rather order a tub online than support the rude behavior we were met with."
