Walmart Neighborhood Market

"Went in to pickup a few things and to cash in a lottery ticket. I went to the customer service area to do that and handed my ticket to an older lady. I said good morning and it felt like i was bothering her and she grabbed the ticket handed me my money with a scowl on her face like i I just had taken from her own pocket never said a word to me like have a good day or thank you for shopping at Walmart and she went on her way. Name was Torrie I noticed her name tag. Horrible example of customer service I’ve ever seen. So rude I hope she is not some sort of manager because she is a horrible representative of this company. Customer service is the last place she should be working. I can just imagine how many people feel the same but won’t take the time to do what I’m doing. I work in customer service as a manager and she would be the last person I would ever hire if this was my company. I will also be calling corporate on this as well because I spend a lot of money with Walmart and deserve st least to feel like someone cares. Put her on the overnight shift if you have one because someone like that is hurting your business. Thank you"

"It's fast and convenient. The items are limited but full grocery is available. I feel it's better than supercenter in the freshness of vegetables. Opens as early as 6am in the morning. Billing is fast too. The selection of juices, bakery, dairy and snacks is the same as supercenter. Flowers are good. But there are no flower pots (sometimes there are few) and related items. No clothes, shoes here. Pharmacy, makeup items, toiletries, trash bags, gift cards and bags are available. It's rarely super crowded and parking is no problem."

"Went in to pick up a few items and was waiting in line to be checked out and was ask to be assisted at the self checkout. The staff member who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. I do not like to use self checkout and was glad she was there to help."

"Only got a one star because the pickup service was excellent, but LOOK at these strawberries…. I placed my order online, picked my groceries up, and while I’m unpacking everything I see fuzz on my strawberries… I won’t even ask for a refund, but I will no longer shop from this Walmart!"

"Check the dates on EVERYTHING in this store. This potato soup (and all the others behind it) expired almost 20 days ago! To say this is irresponsible management and food handling would be a gross understatement. The sad thing is that this is now the second time I’ve come across very out of date products in this location. I would have happily pointed it out to an employee, but the pickers refuse to acknowledge customers and the other employees and managers are unpleasant to say the least."
