"Absolutely terrible experience with minor car repairs at caliber collision. My car was there for over five weeks just for scratches. Very little communication. Each week it was promised to be completed by the end of the following week, and then that time would come and go with no real indication as to why it was taking so long, except that they “only have one person who can work on these types of cars.” I would not go back."
"Once again this group has exceeded my expectations. From Steven Hathcock, the Manager to Jackie who welcomes you when you walk in to Kaleigh Reed who I worked with this time. I cannot say enough about this Caliber Collision location. They are the best!"
"I used Caliber Luxury for some car repairs after an accident. They were excellent to work with and handled all of the painful back-and-forth with the other person's insurance company. Elkin was the service representative I worked with and he was amazing. Also, the front desk staff are always nice and pleasant in all my interactions with them."
"DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS REPAIR SHOP!!!!!!!!! This is possibly the worst experience I've had at a repair shop. I went to caliber collision to get my car fixed after my accident a couple of months ago. I had the right front side of my car damaged, that required a headlight and bumper replacement, and other small parts; along with some car code issues that needed to be resolved. The staff at caliber collision told me that my car would be ready in three weeks, but it took them at least 5 1/2 weeks to work on my car and they kept on making excuses and kept on extending the deadline. Firstly, they told me super busy, and they have other cars to work on. But then a week later, they said that my car was their priority. They ordered parts, which were not available for my car. These parts came in within a couple of days, however they kept on delaying the work on my car. This went on or almost 2-3 weeks. During these five weeks, I patiently waited for my car to be ready. After 5 1/2 weeks, I receive my car, but the car had major issues; including the active brake assist which stopped working and the car started got overheated after a few miles of driving. I had to stop multiple time on a highway due to my engine getting too hot, after getting home from work; due to safety reasons, because I didn't want the car to catch fire. My car was around 265 degrees Fahrenheit. The normal car temperature is between 195 to 220 degrees Fahrenheit. The day I got my car back, I told the person who was in contact with me at caliber collision, that the car is warning of a coolant issue. The staff at caliber told me that this is just a maintenance issue. However, this turned out to be a major safety issue. My car also has radar technology, that stopped working after I got my car back. I called Caliber and told them that the car is not drive able, a day after they gave me a guarantee that there were no issues with the car. I told them that I needed to talk to their supervisor to convey my disappointment, and the supervisor never called me back, which in my opinion, is very unprofessional. I heard Caliber Collision was one of the best repair service companies out there, but so far my experience with them has been a total disappointment. I don’t know how this shop is keeping their certification intact, with such poor performance."
"Scott O'Neil was an awesome service advisor. He walked me through all the repairs on the estimate and kept me updated on every step of the process. Brian Shannon and his team did an amazing job on the body work and paint. This is the only place I will take my BMW or Audi to. Great job guys!"
