"First my name was misspelled. My air filter was not checked and it was in need of a change. Had to go somewhere else to get it changed. The one that was on the computer only did the computer. The second one found and sold me a back wiper blade. Kudos to him and his willingness to actually taking care of his customers. The one on the computer just wants to change the oil and keep it moving. I usually go to the take 5 on S.Blvd but this one was closer at the time. I will not come here again and the young man that was being rushed should take the initiative to be transferred some where else so he can receive the respect he deserves. As for the computer worker everyone wasn't designed to be a lead manager or supervisor and he is definitely one of those."

"The experience was good but could of been better, customer service was great, while we waited water was offered, which is a plus. However, The Car had a maintenance required light that needed to be cleared out and they never cleared it. I had to do it myself once i got home. Some other oil services I've been to have taken the extra step to clear the code. Not sure if if it's a required step in their location but if would help out for them to check it briefly and make sure it's cleared to reset the computer for the next oil change. Overall, I did like the service."

"The guys were professional courteous and awesome ! They even gave me marital advice and Dave my marriage and gave my dog a treat which he enjoyed ! We laughed we played and we prayed ! I offered them to dinner they were so nice but they declined gracefully because they were so busy taking care of other customers ! I’ll he back again ! Best in the city ! "This gotta be the worst experience ever. I'm actually going back there to get my damn oil pan back cause they never even put it on. I got on the highway and the high speeds made ridiculous amounts of sound from the bottom. I called them but they had already closed shop since it was 8:05pm and they close at 8pm. Seems there were in a hurry to get out. I'll make sure you guys pay for the damages, oil pan, bolts and the oil leakage that's happened in my damn garage. HOW DO YOU FORGET TO INSTALL THE PIL PAN BACK ON??????? THE BOLT AND ENGINE FILTER ARE SHOWING. So unprofessional."
