"Absolutely outstanding. When I brought it to M&M they were very straightforward and thorough. They are very meticulous and went over absolutely everything. The paint quality is perfect, no orange peel or any defects. Every single problem was fixed to a high level, abs module was rotated in the accident, they pulled it out. The whole front end was replaced with oem parts. (This was a 15k job. Every other shop I talked to wanted to total it and make quick money. I visited about 5 shops and called many more before giving M&M a chance. The tow truck driver knew all the shops and immediately complemented M&M and said they are the best.) I've been driving it for a month with no issues. Every screw or nut is brand new and tightened properly. I changed my oil and looked under the car. Inner fender liners were replaced and no screws missing or stripped. %100 oem level job. Same for everything else I've looked at, fans, hood latch, grill, splash guard, etc. Daniel is capable of helping both the average Joe and doing porschephile level perfectionist work with a smile. His paint work is flawless. (I've done a little paint work on my classic car, I see no defects) The service was impeccable (took 3 weeks and he answered all my detail questions and humored every request). No codes on the ecu. As an enthusiast I can vouche the people at M&M take their work seriously and are very meticulous hard working folk. Please support them instead of the sub par chain shops. Our community needs more people like Daniel. They will work with pretty much any insurance (I had Erie) just give them a call. (Update a few months later): I've been driving the car daily. No issues. I serviced it and replaced transmission fluid, greased suspension etc. Everything looks great underneath the car. I stand by this review. excellent work."

"Daniel, you and your team are absolutely the best!!! I needed my entire front bumper replaced due to accident. The bumper was detaching from the car the under carriage was broken and dragging on the ground when driving. M and M Customs Collision were the only company that took my car in immediately. There were other companies, but their earliest time to accept my car was around or after Thanksgiving...I wasn't happy hearing these responses. M and M Customs repaired my car in less than 3 weeks. I even noticed that they brighten certain parts of my car so the bumper matches perfectly. My car looks sooooo good. The cost of repairs was amazingly affordable. Customer service was a 20 out of 10...hands down!!!! I am forever a happy customer."

"Both of our bumpers were basically scraping the ground and we so happy to get it fixed this week. M&M was able to replace them beautifully AND they did it almost 2 days ahead of schedule. I actually gasped when I saw how much better our car looked! Plus they went the extra mile and washed our whole car and made some other little fixes for free.
