"I ABSOLUTELY recommend this body shop!!!! My experience with ISE Automotive was excellent from start to finish!! Let’s start with Nancy, even though she runs the office, she doesn’t mind getting her hands dirty! I was hit by a non-insured driver, making my insurance company responsible. My insurance company was not so eager to keep the process moving. Nancy made the situation manageable! My insurance company sent the check written to me and another body shop that I never even spoken with about my car! They also sent that same body shop 2 supplemental payments, one mailed and an electronic payment (that they accepted and kept and had it for over a week! They also had to be contacted to request the funds be sent back). She made calls on my behalf to assist with making my process smoother, just one selfless act after another! She actually reached out to me to extend the offer to do the repairs (I appreciated the initiative!), she sent me a copy of the police report (saving me the hassle of adding one more task to my busy life), she arranged the tow truck to get my SUV from my front yard, and kept me informed throughout the entire duration of my vehicle’s stay. If that’s not enough, you should see my SUV!!! You can’t even tell it’s ever been in an accident!! The website didn’t have pictures of any luxury vehicles, so of course I had my doubts. I only wanted the dealership to handle everything, but I am so satisfied with this decision to use them that I decided to write a short story! I hope you read this entirely because the shop deserves the attention and recognition! I just kept thinking about how the value is no longer going to be the same debating rather I should keep it or not. You can tell that everyone loves their jobs! The end results could have only been performed and executed by a “Dream Team”! The tech who handled my car even washed it for me! Everything was handled so professionally and I appreciate them and their hospitality! When they finished, I pulled up and fell in love with my car all over again (Singing “There Goes My Baby” by Usher) while smiling from ear to ear!! My car was sparkling!! THANK YOU ISE AUTOMOTIVE!!!
