"My Ram 3500 was sent here when it began to give some problems. This shop had the truck for almost a month. Finally said it would be ready and when we went to pick it up the bed was full of furniture and trash. When I questioned why there was furniture and trash in the bed John said that he had spoken with my husband who approved him to use the truck (which he had not!). I told him such and then he began to change his story and have attitude with me because I confronted him about it. They put almost 1K miles on my truck while it was there. For me to even be able to take my truck he had to clean it out. Bed and inside (inside had coffee cups, phone chargers, shirts and even a social security card). Completely unacceptable! Andy (the tech) was amazing and explained everything that was done to the truck and even some recalls that the truck has. Will not be using in the future and would not recommend unless you want them to act as if your truck is their personal vehicle while they have it at their shop for repairs. Pictures are attached of how we pulled up and then the pile of stuff is everything they took out of the bed!"
