"These are the “after” pics. This particular spiffy tech didn’t remove the mats and didn’t even clean the top of the mats very well, there are still coffee dribbles on the dashboard and crumbs from my kids in the back door handle, plus any trash that he found in the car (hair clips, cheerios, bits of paper) was just left in my driveway and front yard. Because the company has so many good reviews, I’m sure other techs are better, but this one was terrible (although he was very friendly)."

"Edit to the original review (08/31/22): Dropped it to 2 stars. Spiffy reached out after I posted the original review with an offer to come out to fix the missed spots, but they gave me an email that either doesn’t work or they don’t monitor. I reached out twice over a few weeks and didn’t hear back. Then I tried their support email, which is when we found out that the customer care email wasn’t valid. They sent a crew out on 8/31/22 to redo the original service and still missed the same spots, plus a few more. The convenience of Spiffy being mobile and coming to you does not outweigh the quality of work in my two experiences. Wheels look good though. Original review (08/09/22): Spiffy did a decent job for the price. I got the Awesome detail and added an engine bay detail. The detailer showed up on time but couldn’t drive stick, so had to get his manager to come out to move the car. Probably just a miscommunication between us. When he was just about done I had to come back out to move the car off the tarp they put down. Interior looks fantastic, much better vacuuming than I could’ve done. Wheel detail looked amazing. Exterior had a few spots that were still dirty that I didn’t notice until later in the day. Engine bay detail seemed like it was just skipped. I’m kind of disappointed I gave the tip I did before I noticed. Overall, the car looks much better and is much cleaner than it was. Not sure if I’ll use the service again. I feel the service quality was about the level of Autobell, which is significantly cheaper. It was pretty convenient that they came out to my work though."
"I used spiffy at work due to the convenience of pick up and drop off. I’m willing to pay a tad more if that means not waiting at a detailing shop. I paid $230 for their second to best service. While most of my car was up to expectations I was overall a little disappointed. I probably wouldn’t go back. My car was picked up at 8:30am and was returned to me at 10:30am (seemed a little too fast) . I checked the car and realized they had forgotten the trunk. They 100% did not even open the hatch. I have an suv so my trunk accounts for 1/3 of my car. Very unacceptable to return a car incomplete...especially for $200. The guy then asked if I wanted it taken back.. of course I do! Finish the job. 20 minutes later it was returned. They still didn’t windex the back window because I could still see my dogs nose art. But oh well. Lastly, my mats were clearly watered down but not scrubbed. I would have liked to seen more detail oriented work... hence why I got a detailing"
