"TRY NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY EDIT: 30 MIN AFTER POSTING THIS REVIEW THE OWNER CALLED ME AND THREATEN TO SUE, GET SOME HELP DUDE. They towed to the correct place, but their customer service is abhorrent. Jeff, one of the drivers is nice and has no fault in this. When I paid to tow my car off the lot I misheard the total as $380 and not $385, once notified I paid the last $5 but they didn’t start the tow until the next day believing I was still $5, understandable mistake but they didn’t tow until I asked why the car hasn’t arrived yet. When paying upfront I’ve asked for a receipt for insurance reimbursement, they agreed and told me that they’ll send the receipt to my email. To this day I still haven’t received it after numerous times calling and texting politely asking where’s the receipt. Most of the time they’ll ignore your call and you’ll be lucky if they pick it up."
