"This was our girls second time visiting this place thanks to Groupon. It was super easy to call and make the appointment. We arrived early and got to look around. Pretty busy place. A large group was in the midst of shooting when we arrived and others were shopping for bows or picking up previous orders. It was finally our turn and Lydia was our girls instructor. She was super nice and helpful. Our girls had a great time. We're hoping to stop in again but it is a bit out of our way coming from Mooresville. Regardless we do recommend you pay them a visit, you'll enjoy it!"

"Owner kindly helped me get introduced to traditional archery. The indoor range was a good place to get acquainted with products instead of ordering bows online and being disappointed. Rentals are available for the range. Looking forward to bringing some friends back to get them hooked on it too."

"The guy that runs the place is minimally helpful and rude to customers. I know I’m new to shooting bows, but I don’t appreciate being talked to like a child. I was just getting started into shooting bows and he acted like I was a complete bother to him and his business. I have pretty low standards when it comes how I’m treated as a customer..but come on. 0/5 stars if I could."

"I walked in excited to spend some decent money on a mid range bow and all the goodies to go along with it as I look to get into this new hobby. Immediately, whoever it was who was helping me (guessing the owner based off other reviews) made me feel unwelcome. As soon as I told him I was looking to learn he immediately became condescending towards me. I felt very uncomfortable and decided not to spend my money with the company that day. I went back about a week later, deciding to forget about it and pick up a setup, while I was there another gentlemen came in looking to get into archery and he received the same disrespectful and uninterested treatment. I could see the man starting to just shrink in front of me. I simply pulled him to the side and let him know I had the same experience and then decided to walk away and take my business elsewhere. Look at the two other shops that are 35 min away from Charlotte. Both with glowing 4.9 star rave reviews for customer service. You sir, are highly unwelcoming."
