"So from both the physician and the patient side 0 stars if I could. As a physician rather than spend my day caring for patients I get to spend my time being transferred around trying to find help and getting PAs done. Seriously you are the worst health insurance company I have had the displeasure of working with. As a patient, imagine my surprise. I paid for COBRA coverage for a little over a month - $1400. I paid it the day I got the letter. I logged in and immediately paid. Which is extremely overpriced. But whatever. They sure got money out of my account real quick. But now I am going without several medications because my insurance is no longer active. So I don’t have 3 meds to take tonight. If I go into an arrhythmia are you all gonna pay for the hospital admission or should I just stay home?"

"Gosh terrible. Takes over a year to process claims. Was on phone for probably a total of 20+ hours trying to get them to process a claim for a simple covid test. They lost paperwork, kept mailing stuff to my old address even though I kept updating them with my new address, and eventually barely covered any of it. Took so long the doctors office filed with the Debt collection agency and started receiving letters that I owed them. A nightmare I tell you."
