I did finally get a call back because of this review. Carlos didn't remember me or the commitment he made to get some information for me and call me back. His reason......they were very busy this time of year. Not impressed. My review won't change. I went elsewere."

"I walked in today for the first time. I've always had health insurance through my employers. I'm unemployed right now and with a family with lots of medical needs, we had to have health insurance and couldn't afford COBRA anymore. Van Taylor sat down with me and explained my options. I thought I had a pretty good handle on things but I was wrong. He found a great plan for us and it was a lot less than I was expecting to pay. Their customer service was the best I've had anywhere in a long time. I really felt like I had a personal healthcare advocate that was knowledgeable and had my interests as their priority.
