"My wife and I took our little girl here after she was born. She is our first so our first visit to pediatrician. We had a couple visits shortly after she was born, very routine - they looked at her, weighed her and watched us change her diaper and then we left. Despite this, they managed to charge use more than $600 over the standard copays for very brief and routine care. When we called to inquire, they told us we had to pay and threatened to discharge our little girl if we did not. So I paid them and then we discharged her ourselves. We've since found another pediatrician that actually cares about children. North Raleigh Pediatric Group only cares about money and ripping off new parents."

"Be careful of this doctors office. We got our two kids tested for TB (known exposure). It was serious enough for them to quarantine us and not let my toddler use the restroom (understandable). However they told us both kids tested negative. However, when we went to lab core to pull results, my toddler was incomplete (container empty) and my teenager was actually positive. When I asked them why they told us they were negative when one wasn’t done and one was positive, they were nonchalant about it and blamed the toddler for moving. They have since tested negative and had negative X-rays. But could you imagine if they were positive and either spreading it around or untreated? This office has shattered my trust in verbal results from anyone in the future and I will not be returning."
