"I am a new mom to my first living baby. Emphasis on the living baby. We have been seeing Dr. Kocmond since our son’s birth. It was important to me to find someone who could understand my heightened anxiety with my history. We also wanted someone 100% supportive of our feeding choices, as we decided to formula feed from the start and that definitely came with challenges. Dr. Kocmond is truly so supportive and he takes his time to explain the “whys” behind his medical advice and I swear his care is why our son is such a happy baby! We have also seen other doctors in the practice and they have been awesome too but we love Dr. Kocmond."

"All of the doctors and Nurse Practitioners at this location are consummately professional, extremely knowledgeable, incredibly proactive, and actually care about their small patients. I feel that my medically complex grandson is in the best of hands at this practice and I trust the doctors and practitioners implicitly. My input regarding my grandson's symptoms and what I feel may be the issue is always valued and taken into consideration when planning a course of treatment. You cannot find better pediatric care. "The office staff of Dilworth Pediatrics is beyond terrible. They do not care about the children that are their patients. Everything is process driven. I have taken both my children to Dilworth Pediatrics since they they were born they are now 17 and 15. Over the years I have had several billing issues which is another past issue compounded to write this review. Due to a lapse in visits they dropped us as existing patients. We were never notified of this or told we what we needed to do to avoid this. I found this out today when I called to make an appointment for my daughter as she has severe rash. The appointment was scheduled for the next day. When I asked to schedule a well visit too I was transferred to the front desk. Here the office staff told me I was no longer an existing patient, I was considered a new patient and they were not accepting new patients. I inquired about my daughters sick visit to address her rash and was told “oh let me cancel that, as we are not accepting new patients have a nice day” Dilworth did not offer any alternate resolutions to help address my daughters current medical situation. They basically told me to good luck and go screw myself. I understand “process” what I do not understand is a health care facility that does not take their patients best interest and health to heart. RUN don’t walk away from this practice. Update Aug.1 2023: I have responded to Novants Health’s response to call the customer care line and have yet to hear back from their team. I also left a message with an associate of Dilworth Pediatrics office management. I was told they would contact me in regards to this issue and have not heard from them as well. Again terrible management and poor customer service. Patient care is absolutely not a priority. Beyond disappointed with Dilworth Pediatric."
