"Edgar was & is the best this restaurant has ever seen! I’m so sad that he was let go just because the company was bought out. He took the best care of my family when we always came to eat. He was professional, welcoming, & always very helpful. I feel as if this company could’ve done better. Glad to hear all of the talk around the village lately so I can hear what’s going on."

"Been eating here a couple times a month since we moved to the Village. The food has always been consistently good. I ordered the Maple chicken with root vegetables last meal, I’ll give it a 10. The BBQ ribs are very tasty and you can’t beat their entree salads. Such a relaxing view over the lake too. Come January 1, 2024 Tellico Village will take over the food services at their restaurants from the company that has been running them. I expect there will be some transition glitches as these things go but I’m planning to keep enjoying meals here. We’ll see."

"I moved to Tellico Village in May of this year and am still trying to get settled, but the Blue Heron restaurant at the Tellico Village Yacht Club is phenomenal. Their draft beer had the perfect amount of carbonation and was as cold as an Alaskan winter. I would recommend their draft beer to anyone who is a beer drinker. What topped it all off was the Lamb Chops. They were cooked to absolute perfection. I told my wife that it was the best meal I have eaten in the past year. Chef, you are amazing. I will certainly be bringing every visitor I have at my house to experience the amazing wait staff and food. Thank you so much for an amazing date night for my wife and I."

"Celebrated 2 birthdays at The Yacht Club in Tellico Village. Loved the Butternut Ravioli and the Grouper. The Beef Stroganoff was so tender and the sauce was flavorful. The best asset of this restaurant is the VIEW. The bar tender was friendly and served good drinks. My favorite was a seasonal one but can’t remember the name. I wouldn’t advise getting the Tuscan Chicken Penne Pasta unless u really like a lot of dried tomatoes! Our waitress Dakota was an absolute joy!"

"We decided to have Thanksgiving dinner here today. Everything was delicious except for the turkey. The turkey was processed meat instead of fresh & way too salty, but the rest of the meal made up for it, including the pumpkin cheesecake. The place was decorated beautifully. We were so thankful they were open for Thanksgiving, I'm sure we'll be back to try them again."
