Arby's

"Roast beef and frys are fine. But this Waygu Burger is a sad, sorry soggy mess. The worst. Little uncooked in the middle, probly from being frozen before cooking."

"We were traveling from Georgia, and we always stop at Love's gas stations. This Arby's was very nice and clean. The food I figured would be hot and fresh as it wasn't busy at all and we waited a good 15 minutes only to find out our fries were cold and old and the sandwiches were barely warm."

"When I’m charged for the 1/2 pound meat and extra cheese but receive hardly anything it’s just lazy. I expect to at least get what I’m paying for."

"I'm not sure what's up with Arby's the last couple of years, but they have really been dropping the ball as a company. This location is no exception. The employees are all lazy spending a lot of time in their cars in the parking lot. The Love's that Arby's is connected with announced multiple times on the intercom that they had a phone call just to have the restaurant announce they don't want to take the call. This should not have happened in a busy place full of your customers. We gave it one more try since we were stuck with a breakdown, and they refused to take a coupon because they just didn't want to type it in with their scanner down. Then the fries they put out were old, hard, and cold. The sandwich was sloppy, and the wings were cold. And while we were eating, we had to listen to the employees cursing. Just all around unprofessional and unacceptable."

"Every once in a while I get a craving for a good turkey sandwich. This however does not meet the criteria, it had more onion than meat, and when I tried to call I got a fax machine. Thanks Arby's, you ruined my day."
