"Lady with two braids, dark brown hair, a fringe and glasses was SO ignorant and rude. So selfish swore right in front of the other customers. When I requested to speak to the manager she advised “no. I am the manager” not sure her name, my friend had a very similar experience and it sounds like it’s the same worker. Got my food and ate it almost straight away and it was cold and burnt. She pretty much THREW my pizza box at me after I had asked several times if it was ready. It was 30 minutes late to be ready and she acted like it was my problem. Every time I ask to speak to the manager… they are ‘busy’ or not there. She deserves to be fired as she had no clue what customer respect is as she was very ignorant and started swearing. I have worked with customer service my entire life and know that this young lady should NOT be working with customer. Thank you."
