"I would like to share an extreme disappointment with DR. Idler and more so the office staff. I tried to make an appointment 6 weeks ago to talk to Dr Idler about a possible complication that the spinal cord stimulator that I have and could be causing. The appointment folks were quick to call me since they did not have my insurance info anymore. I emailed them the info requested and have heard nothing from them since 13 Aug. Sent them a message, nothing. It is their responsibility to check my insurance and if OK to call and talk about the insurance and/or confirm an appointment for me or anyone. I called and had to leave a message for the office manager, that person has not returned the call in over two weeks. yes they have my contact information and phone number. Since everyone from the manufacturer and pain specialist says I have to see DR. Idler about this. I guess no one is interested in helping me with diagnosing this issue. The rudeness and disrespect is uncalled for. I would be very Leary of this medical facility. Update, I have since seen Dr. Idler and told him about the issues I had getting that appointment. He assured he would look into it. Dr. idler is highly recommended."
"Just wanted to praise my doctor. Dr. Idler was amazing. Not a single neck pain since my 5level neck fusion. He was informative with every detail and aspect of my procedure. As a matter of fact my son just underwent back surgery and is doing awsome. Thanks Dr. Idler"
"Dr. Idler did surgery on me in 2013, it was extensive and I was nervous. However, he was calming and I have not had to have additional procedures since, which I expected. I have recommended him several times. He completed a surgery for my father a couple years after mine, this should say alot. He has a mild bedside manner, don't be misconceived by this. He knows surgery."
"After several failed back operations I finally found a Dr. Idler. Wish I would have found him yrs ago. After MRI he explained to me what exactly what my problem was. I had surgery on Nov. 20 2019 and I almost pain free at this time. I can not believe the other doctors didn't see my problem. I have been in pain for 7yrs and just like Dr. Idler fixed my pain. I have and will in future tell every body about Dr. Idler what a life savior. Dr. Idler staff and pa are top notch.. Very very happy thanks Dr. Idler."
"Dr. Idler is a soft spoken doctor and is a very passionate about his job. He made sure he knew all my issues. He did xrays and ordered MRI. When going over results and options he was caring and explained everything in full detail, explained recovery process and follow up appointments. He not just a doctor who set’s you aside. The Bone and Joint surgery center staff are all friendly. You cant go wrong any of them."
