"They haven't responded to my insurance company in 2 weeks, so I can't get a prescription refilled. Messaged through the app, no response. Called multiple times, can't even get somebody on the phone who knows what's going on. It's always "I'll pass your message along". I will never go back here, it's never been so complicated and so much stress for routine things."
"This practice is unprofessional. You call me a couple weeks before my doctor is about to leave and say you need to reschedule because her last day is this day. I reschedule with another doctor and then you call me 2 days before my appointment and say oh this doctor is not taking new patients. Mind you I'm not a new patient, the doctor I had left so they moved my appointment to another doctor. If she wasn't available that should of shown when the appt was made. No care at all."
"I am new to this practice and I can tell you that this practice does not care for patients. Most all that I have come in contact are rude, uncaring, do not return phone calls, do not read MY CHART records thoroughly, hence getting information in correctly causing another problem altogether. If you are currently in this practice re evaluate your options. I am already looking for another provider. They are dangerous bordering on malpractice issues because of their lack of care for patients. I am a retired practice manager and nurse from another facility in NC and I can tell you, this is not ok. I know the pandemic has caused many issues within practices, to include staffing issues. However, this is no excuse, and patients should remain first and foremost for continuing care."
"Do not come here if you want care. I will leave our the doctors name but my first negative instance was unnecessary blood test not approved by me which cost me $100 out of pocket (and I have premium insurance). Second was today when I called the doctor to ask them for a routine medicine which is over counter in most counties (not even an antibiotic etc). They asked me after repeatedly asking for a visit (hmm maybe to charge me perhaps?) they said I could do an eVisit for $35. I have tried to speak to management, no response. I’m shocked at the treatment and lack of care. I wanted this doc because it’s close by - but don’t waste your time unless you want to go in and spend $$ (btw also they never have availability) positive note the Nurse was kind but out of her hands."
"I started going here in 2010 and was never impressed or felt comfortable. I did not check in during the pandemic because we were all living day by day and i was home schooling my son and teaching online. I put physicals on the back burner as many people did. Recently I called when I tested positive for covid asking what steps I should take and no one called me back. I called again requesting information on how to document my at home test for work reasons and personal reasons. When the nurse called me back she was extremely rude. She told me she was doing me a Courtesy by calling me back because I hadn’t been there in a few years (2019- pandemic occurred in 2020) and therefore I wasn’t considered a patient. She had all my information in the system and could see every visit I had. I was not randomly calling doctor’s offices, I was calling who I believed was my provider. Her tone and her attitude was uncalled for. Then she asked if I wanted to make an appointment as a “new” patient. Why would I want to go back there when she treated me like that? If you don’t feel comfortable and cared for by your provider something is very wrong."
