His team are so compassionate. I drive from Fayetteville to see him and even if I move out of the state I'll still make appointments to get my injections with him."

"I would give zero stars if I could. I have called this office several times to schedule a new patient appointment after getting my referral from the Neurosurgeon. The message says "you will receive a call back within 72 hours" (which seems really long to me). I have NEVER received a call back. We have moved on to a different practice (Piedmont Spine Specialists). Someone actually answered the phone and made the appointment right away at Piedmont Spine Specialists."

"Was never advised Dr. Kumar left and opened his own practice in Charlotte. He did my first procedure 100% perfect. A whole year pain free. I go back to see a Dr. Vorenkamp who I look up today and his picture? IS NOT THE DOCTOR WHO DID THIS SECOND PROCEDURE YESTERDAY! Something went very wrong. I'm in double the pain then when I walked in there. When I said something before leaving they were like just give it time. I call and call at 3:30 and I'm told I can go to an ER or urgent care. No one ever called me back. Omg what did you do to me! Who did you let work on me and not even tell me! Don't trust this place. Be careful."

"My husband & I have seen Dr. Runyon & PA Jude Carr about 6 yrs for our pain management. They both are the greatest! We are now seeing Carr mostly by Video. He listens to our other health problems & provides us with help, since health problems can cause trouble managing pain issues."

"Was like family and they cared they explained things well, Dr Thomas Weber was the best dr I ever saw and he hired Judd Carr who was also a awesome dr, I appreciate all they did for me,I'm blessed to get to go back, my father passed away ,and he took me,to every appt, I hasnt got to return because I have no ride no family, but I have a friend who is taking me, I have severe systemic disease and was managing there, now, I have made out my 2nd advanced living will, I had all my drs there, gi surgeon and my pain management, they understood and knew how to treat my pain, and gave me a lil quality of life, now noone even recognizes me , I have gotten. To the point the drs whete I'm from tell me I'm sorry, but we dint know how to treat all that us wrong with you,;( and never 1 time did that 3ver come out of Dr Thomas Weber or Jude Carrs mouth I could tell they cared about me and my well being they helped me, and I thank God for that!"
