"I met with Dr. Luchetti for the first time on 2/12. He was very friendly and professional. He explained my situation thoroughly and laid out the treatment options available. I feel very comfortable with his knowledge and abilities to treat my ailment."
"I am not a fan of having to see HCPs, let alone specialists (but honestly, who is?), because it becomes more complicated and time-consuming by that point. However, Raleigh Hand to Shoulder Center has been the exception. Each appointment (and there have been multiple) ran so smoothly. From registration to check-out, the staff is thoughtful, compassionate, and helpful. They are accessible in person, and when I call - I am transferred to a nurse or practitioner who is happy and willing to answer my most mundane questions. Even parking and building access make a huge difference, especially for patients in pain or with limited motion. Appointments run on time as scheduled, and by the time I sit in the waiting room, my name is called. The facilities are clean and maintained with x-ray equipment onsite. I have to put a plug-in for Dr. Messner. He is kind, patient, thorough, empathetic, and transparent. Thank you to the entire RHTS staff!!!"
"Dr. Post is one of the best practitioners I have ever met. He has been very cautiously treating my trigger finger symptoms through consulting, steroid injection, or surgery. I strongly recommend any patient suffering from the hand and upper extremity issues should get highly professional treatment from him."
"I have seen Dr. Luchetti for several hand related issues. He did Carpal Tunnel release surgery on both of my hands and is scheduled to do a Trigger Finger release surgery for me this month. He is very knowledgeable and very personable. He takes time to explain things to you in a way that is easy to understand and is willing to answer any questions that you have. I have felt like he is rushing to get me out of the office like a lot doctors do. The entire staff at Raleigh Hand to Shoulder Center is so friendly. I’ve been there four different times now over a four month period and have never been treated with anything but kindness and respect from the receptionists, nurses, surgery schedulers, to Dr. Luchetti himself. I have already recommended one co-worker to Dr. Luchetti and his team and he had surgery as well and was very pleased with his experience. The surgical center where surgeries are conducted has an amazing staff also! Surgery of any kind is nerve wracking and not fun at all, no matter how minor it may be, but the surgical team was awesome as well. If you have any hand to shoulder issues at all, I highly recommend Dr. Luchetti at the Raleigh Hand to Shoulder Center."
"Dr. Post did my endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery in August 2023 after I'd sought a second opinion from him. Best decision I ever made, even though logistically it was more of a hassle than going to Duke would have been. The office runs efficiently. Dr. Post listened to and allayed my concerns about recovery. A few things happened at the surgical center that had me a bit concerned, but everything went well and the recovery over the last few weeks has been easy-peasy. I should be back to 100% within a month or so. I've seen so many people have difficult recovery from open release surgery. Dr. Post has been doing endoscopic surgery for a long time and knows what he's doing. He's kind, he listens, and he's expert at what he does. What more could you ask for? My only regret is that I didn't do all this sooner. Highly recommended."
