"If I can give them zero stars, I would. They have the rudest receptionist. They called me the same day of appointment saying that the dr. Would not be able to see me because I went to another dr before him and he doesn't give second opinions, I tried to explain that he didn't diagnose anything because I have a problem in my hand which he is not specialized in. She didn't give a chance to finish explaining and said I have to cancel your appointment. It is really bad that a nice office with good reviews have that kind of a receptionist who didn't even apology for cancellation."

"We started with physical therapy (Erin) about a month ago. She is amazing! My daughter is a runner and has had knee pain. We have seen orthopedics and PT's prior and tell her they don't know what's wrong, we can do exploratory surgery, give her a few exercises and ask why she wants to run that much anyway. Erin listened to my daughter, looked at the way she ran, tested her strength and developed a plan to get her back up and running. My daughter is now running pain free and getting stronger everyday! Dr. Robert Jones has been a Godsend in our lives and continues to not waste our time and money while providing superior care and compassion. He doesn't make you come back for rechecks that aren't medically necessary. He listens.
