"Everyone was super friendly and courteous —as you’d expect walking into a medical office. What you DON’T expect is the sincerity. There are some very genuine people who work at this location (off Capital Blvd). I walked out with a smile and feeling better than when I walked in. "The wait time is entirely too long. I was standing at the front desk for 10 minutes before someone even greeted me. I’ve been here since 12:55pm and it’s 2:05pm and haven’t been seen yet. Just be aware that your appointment will take at least an hour."
"After reading the reviews I was dreading coming here for my drug test for my new job, since I didn't want to wait several hours. I came last Friday around 12:30pm and my visit only took a hour. The lady that took my sample and filled out my paperwork (Julie) was super friendly and enjoyable to be around. I didn't have any issues with the front desk staff. I guess it's better to come here early as possible and not the afternoon time."
