"We have been coming for over a decade. Dr Boyce is great. Dr Zinn who has left was great. I just called up to schedule a new patient appointment - they have sent their customer service people offshore. I would like to speak to a scheduler in the US who has decent English. I was not pleased to talk to someone Overseas. They are putting too much hope in the portal removing the need for customer service operators. Before that this last set of visits have been difficult - they switched 3 appointments from in person to virtual, so it was really hard to get an in person appointment. I made an appointment for my husband. They switched the appointment I made for him to my son. Then when I tried to fix it they did not apologize. They put me on hold and told me to get my son to call to fix their mistake Did not fix the problem. Also they are booking appointments we do not want and requiring us to call to cancel them - seems like a bad system."

"I wish I could put negative stars. They made me wait 2 months to schedule a simple spine steroid injection. It didn’t matter how much pain I was in they couldn’t get me in sooner. When I first arrived for my initial appointment, I asked a general question about check-in and the woman began to accuse me of being a drug addict. Fast forward another month or so and I hurt my back and needed to be seen by my doctor. They refused to see me as a walk-in. They said the nurse would have to look at me but she was out on lunch. I can’t walk, I can’t shower, I’m in excruciating pain and you say the nurse is out on lunch please come back in two days?! No. Never. You guys are terrible. I will never refer anyone to your practice. Oh, and good luck trying to get them on the phone. EmergeOrtho has been amazing since I’ve switched. They took me same day and made a next day appointment to see a surgeon. Don’t go to Raleigh neurology."

"-Staff great. Clean. Fast, helpful. -Doctors are rushed at each appointment. I have been to three different docs here for different relatives in this office. They do not follow up or explain results. Very short with patients and no explanations to help you understand. If optional, research your doctor first. Very expensive procedures - not understand what's going on."

"I wish there was a placement for less than 1 star! This is not the place to go to if you want a doctor who cares. If seeing a P.A. is best for your care, this place is perfect! Unfortunately, the doctor’s are too busy to see or speak with their patients besides maybe once a year. If you do see a doctor you only have 10 minutes before they are leaving the room. After that moment you can only speak to a nurse. If you have an autoimmune disease you better run or in some of our cases roll away as fast as possible. Forget about having a relationship with your doctor, that will never happen. After 10 yrs I don’t even think my doctor knows my name. This place is horrible! Very unprofessional!"
