"Most times I come here, I have no issue. However, I viewed my last visit as highly unprofessional. Came in feeling very sick and in a ton of pain. Got tested, all negative and he said it's likely a upper respiratory infection. I told him I was in a lot of pain though and said it would make it very hard for me to work and he said he has the cold and he's still working so I should be fine working. Next day I went somewhere to get tested and was positive for flu. Being misdiagnosed isn't my complaint. Comparing my issues to his was the problem. Can't imagine the amount of other patients who might have went through that. Really one of the few bad experiences."

"Very satisfied with my visit. I was in & out in a timely manner. I arrived about 5:30-6pm on Saturday & I was the only one there, that’s probably why. Staff was friendly. Loved the nurse Stephanie & the other doctor helping. I feel like they really went in detail about everything they were doing. Even though my symptoms are reoccurring & I know the drill, they were still descriptive & I felt like I learned more about my issue. Felt better than my primary doctor honestly. I hope other patients share the same experience!"

"Unfortunately my boyfriend was very sick on a Sunday and could not wait to go to his primary care doctor. We had to wait for over 2 hours to see anyone even with a scheduled appointment. The front desk staff was very rude and it took 30 minutes just to get checked in. Once we were seen by a physician assistant, their only advice for stomach pain was to go to the ER if it gets worse. No test we’re performed. We waited over 2 hours just to be told to go to the ER. Won’t be back to this urgent care."

"We brought our 2 year old in after she cut her fingers pretty severely. They may not be specifically a pediatric urgent care, but we had a wonderful experience given the circumstances. The nurse was incredibly kind to my daughter, and the PA who treated us was gentle and knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend using this urgent care!"

"We needed to come to be checked for a concussion and get stitches to for an 11 year old. . . During a pandemic. This place was really really incredible. From the moment we walked in we felt safe, everyone was so friendly, and the nurse and PA were outstanding. Was unsure about visiting an Urgent Care for this sort of injury, but I'm glad we did. Waited maybe 20 minutes. The wound is healing beautifully and they really set my child at ease for their first stitches."
