"When you leave a voicemail, no matter if it tells you, they’ll call you back, they won’t. So don’t expect a return phone call. Two meds they called over to our pharmacy are on back order and I’ve made 4 phone calls, and they called my husband, to let us know they called in something else, only for the pharmacy to have a shortage with that one too. Called med first back again said what was going on and said the pharmacy faxed over they didn’t have the second medication with no response. It’s fine it’s not like my husbands sick or anything with the flu and is miserable? He came To med first just for some fun on this wonderful Monday. All Med First are just terrible apparently, lesson learned."

"I went one time after a car accident to get my neck checked to see if I have whiplash, the Doctor said that it was too early to tell and that I needed to come back two weeks later. When I returned two weeks later, he couldn’t remember why I was there, and I had to explain it to him once again, then he told me that he couldn’t check for that. It’s $150 per visit , so waste of $300 and a doctor that seems like he doesn’t know what he’s doing, or maybe they’re doing this on purpose just to get money out of people. He could have informed me that he was not able to do that and I needed to go elsewhere, on the first visit. Very disappointed very badly service. And a Doctor Who doesn’t know what he’s doing. Do yourself a favor and save your money and go elsewhere."

"Front desk staff, very short and no bedside manner when being asked the simplest of questions. Being short staffed is not an excuse for not taking time with every patient. I would not return, only came here for a urine screening for work."
