"Wow, these folks are really bad. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this practice. Whenever we go with an illness that can clearly be remedied with medicine this office refuses to prescribe the needed medication. The last 4 visits in the last 2 years have been followed up with a visit to urgent care, where we actually get the medicine we need, and are good to go within a day. It's incredible how terrible the PAs and physicians are in this practice, breathtaking. There are plenty family medicine providers, avoid this one."

"I have never wrote a Google review before. However, if I could save anyone from the pain and hardship I endured by going to this practice it's worth it to me. I've been going to this practice for a few years and I used to have a wonderful NP until she left the practice. I started seeing Rebecca Cloer and almost lost my life. She misdiagnosed me, and ignored my messages when I called back and told her staff that the pain was increasingly getting worse. I went to an amazing urgent care that same day and found out I had a very serious abscess that needed to be drained & I needed antibiotics with how serious the infection was. They also got me in with a coli-rectal surgeon who was able to identify some very serious health issues. If I followed Rebecca's advice I would have died. Even after my appointment I called and told her how intense the pain was and she said I should just do a sitz bath and gave me no medication or advice other then that and otc witch hazel pads. She is pregnant so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and tried seeing her again since other then this I've never had an issue with this practice before. However, today I had an appointment and wanted to see my provider Tele-Health as I woke up blind which is very scary being I am so young and recent diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder (she also did not catch!) I was told I could not be seen unless I pay 200$ which is absurd seeing how I have insurance. Office lady Kathleen hung up on me multiple times and told me "Don't run your mouth, shut up" and refused to relay my medical emergency to nurse. I'm going to the hospital which is scary for someone thats immuno-compromised instead of having the ability to at least speak with my Dr for support and guidance. This practice is money hungry and does not care about its patients! DON'T COME HERE ! unless you don't care about your health and you love spending money on made up charges."
