"Dr Diaz is a great doctor. He spent an hour talking to me and answering any questions I had. I normally go to doctors and they rush to get to the next patient and I didnt feel that at this visit. Had such a great experience. Front desk was super nice with checking me in and out. Phlebotomist was great and found my vein on the first stick. Highly recommend!"
"Jordan at the front desk was wonderful! I showed up 5 minutes late to my appointment only to realize I was at the wrong location. He helped me try and get in touch with the Crooked Creek location so I could still get in for my appointment. I ended up seeing Dr. Jesse and thought he was great too. He was thorough, a great listener, and we came up with a great treatmebt plan. It seems these days it’s hard to find a good medical team and I really enjoyed everyone I dealt with."
"Easy to find with address number on the side door of building. Parking for visitors is very limited. I suggest marking a few more spots for visitors and have a few more handicap designated spots; they are always full. Everyone I met was cheerful and had no idea some staff were missing due to traffic that morning. My provider was running a bit late but made up for it by asking detailed questions, catching a gap in my paperwork and listening to my concerns. My 60 minute appt was 70 minutes which was fantastic considering the traffic issue. My provider was Michele Cerra and I recommend her without reservation."
