They always make us feel welcomed and try to stay timely with the visit. Returning my kids back to this practice was the best decision I could have ever made. "My daughter has been sick for 6 days, we have went to an urgent care and emergency department already. Her pediatrician, Dr. Parekh told us to call by friday if she’s still getting fever so she will see her. Since she’s still having a fever on the 6th day. I scheduled an appointment 9/15 to get her seen on Saturday. On Saturday morning, 9/16 a very rude nurse, just informed us that they’re cancelling her appointment and that the doctor dont have time for her today. MY KID HAS BEEN SICK FOR 6 DAYS. They said they canceled it Friday evening and left me a voicemail which I DID NOT. No cancellation email as well. They told us to just go to an emergency department. (Which again we already did and all they said last time was to go see her pediatrician). THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. They dont care about your child."
