"I came in for a “sick” visit. A person that I assume was a nurse ( no intro) took my vitals tested me for Covid & flu ( all neg) then as she started reading off my meds I realized she thought I was someone else. She then asked my name twice & still thought I was someone else THATS SCARY!!! I don’t know if she was embarrassed after that or what because she just left the room & no one had been back in to see me. I have been sitting in the exam room now for an hour with no one checking on me…. This is unacceptable!! Update Today (1 week) my above review I received a call stating I was to go for cardiac test. This is the first I am hearing about it. The Dr I saw never mentioned it while I was there. After being there & them not knowing who I was I am skeptical about whether they called the right person. When I asked who ordered this test all she said was “ your provider” she could not say who. Crazy crazy !!"
