"Receptionist was kind. Megan and Cory were also very nice as they assisted me. Melissa Rogers, PA-C was very knowledgeable and gave lots of information. However, towards the end of her speech, she was walking towards the door, began back stepping out the door, finished speaking, then immediately closed the door. I had questions in mind regarding my care and she appeared to deliberately avoid them and avoided allowing me to speak by walking away. After seeing Megan one last time I told her about my concerns, I was frustrated at this point as I realized what Melissa did, Megan left the room (again, she remained kind albeit my frustration), a totally different person entered the room to address one concern I had, and she had a passive-aggressive attitude that fueled my frustration. The fact that a different lady came in to address my concern and not Melissa makes me believe that Melissa again deliberately avoided to answer any questions I had. All other WakeMed experiences I have had up until this point were excellent. All I ask is that Melissa give time for her patients to ask questions. I highly doubt this is the first time Melissa Rogers, PA-C has avoided her patient’s concerns or questions, it was very well executed. My reply to WakeMed’s response below: Yes I would not mind providing more info. I filled out a WakeMed Feedback Form through your website shortly after my visit that contains my contact info and have yet to hear back. If you could respond to that as fast as you responded to this Google Review that would be great. Thank you."

"They refuse to do testing on my wrist/arm. They just want to medicate me. What happened to finding out what is causing someone pain. I will never go back. And the young lady at the front desk was rude. Go somewhere else!"

"Ankle, knee, bone joint, sprain etc. For a quick emergency treatment this is the best place, they have x-ray equipments, with immediate x-ray results, knowledgable staff, with care and follow up instructions. My injuries was due to fall all was taken care here at WakeMed- Wake Orthopedics, 10010 Fall of Neuse Road, Suite 11, Raleigh, NC 27614 in a short time."

"I can’t say enough great things about my visit! From the time I walked in as a new patient my experience was amazing! Thankfully there was no wait, however even if there was I still would have been very pleased because all the staff was so kind, from the front desk, nurse, X-ray technician to the PA. They definitely know how to run an Urgent Care. The PA, Melissa, took her time with me and made me feel like I was the only patient there! Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had!"
