"I brought my 19-year-old son in at 6:45 PM on a Sunday expecting tired and possibly cranky employees due to the late hour. What I got was exactly the opposite of that. From the lovely security lady outside the office (Tiffany) to Angela and Connor at the front desk (I hope I got their names right because they really deserve recognition), we were greeted warmly and taken care of efficiently and with a smile. Every patient coming in after us was greeted in the same helpful, pleasant way. What a great experience!"

"From the moment we stepped in the door, we were promptly greeted, checked-in, and given a complete sense of caring and compassion. We checked in on-line ahead and let them know we were on the way over. Angela at check-in could not have been kinder and more helpful to us. Our nurse, Scott, provided excellent care as he listened, thoroughly inquired about health background, and conducted several tests with gentle and expert care. Dr. Hu was thorough and compassionate as well and we came away with a solid treatment plan and understanding of how to continue care at home. Excellent team of professionals. I highly recommend this urgent care center."

They listened to my needs and even after all was said and done; they cared whether or not all my needs were met and probed to make sure they were, before allowing me to leave the facility. "I was totally surprised at the high level of customer service I received at Duke Urgent Care Brier Creek. It was around 3p on 11/15/2023. I walked in and a pleasant voice told me to come down to the end. She was the kindest person I have ever experienced and she showed empathy. Then a young man took me back to check vitals, etc. He was the nicest young man. I felt no pain with the Covid test, a first for me. I was overwhelmed with the warmth and care i received. These are true healthcare professionals and should be rewarded for their great service to us. Keep them happy so they will stay with Duke!"

"My daughter and I visited this location, at separate occasions, within the past week. I am upset about the care, or lack of care we received, AFTER we paid a total of $150 copays. We were both told by the providers that all they do is tell the patient what is NOT going on with them, yet, they are not equipped to share what IS going on with patients. For us both, we felt we were left in limbo, concerning our medical concerns. It was truly a WASTE OF TIME and MONEY. We are capable of telling ourselves what is "not" going on with us, (generally speaking) as far as that's concerned. The next time, we will go to the ER. At least they make every effort to discover the presenting problem. Shame on you, Duke Urgent Care!!!"
