As soon as we pull up our pup is sprinting to get inside , all the staff are so kind and treat your dog like family! Sully always comes home exhausted from playing all day which is a bonus! "My dog LOVES Barker Lounge. He goes for both daycare and the occasional boarding. He is beyond excited as soon as we hit the parking lot and drags me to the door. I believe he hangs out with the staff more than the other dogs. That being said, the staff is and always have been nothing but super nice and professional."

"We've been clients of The Barker Lounge for the past 8 years with previous dog and now our current dog. Both of our doddle dogs love the Barker Lounge. We started at the Montford location and were thrilled when they opened closer to our home on Monroe Road. Our nearly 2 year old Aussie Doodle Ruby loves the Barker Lounge. We use it for day care and for boarding. What I love the most is knowing Ruby is safe while she's there both in terms of facilities and with other dogs. The team at BL does a great job of pairing dogs together for daycare, matching energy so I can trust Ruby will be stimulated and super tired when she comes home. I appreciate too, the boarding facilities. Ruby gets day care while she's boarding and her own kennel at night. When I'm out of town I know she's safe, cared for and having more fun at the BL than she would with us! Thank you BL for taking care of our girl Ruby!"

"Our doggie absolutely loves going to the Barker Lounge. He always leaves happy, well balanced, and very tired! When he spends the night he gets a report card. This is so helpful and thoughtful. I trust the staff with him and know he is being looked after and cared for in our absence. They are strategic in the placement of every dog to make sure that they have the best experience possible. We love the regular posts on Instagram especially when we have to leave him for an extended amount of time. The facilities are clean and well managed. As hard as he plays he never comes home spelling like a toilet like other places we’ve been. They do offer bathing and grooming services but we just take a bath when we get home. Prices are comparable and I would highly recommend as our first choice in a long line of other day care and boarding places!!"

"I was thrilled when this location opened up because my dog had stayed at the other Charlotte location but it just wasn't convenient to my house to use often. My dog LOVES The Barker Lounge and the East Charlotte staff give him all the attention and belly rubs he wants. More importantly, I trust the staff to take good care of him and make sure he stays safe and healthy while tiring him out with the other dogs, whether he's there for day camp or for overnight boarding. They take the best photos of him, too!"
