"Doctor was very apologetic for delay and inconvenience. He took the time to understand the issues and listened to all symptoms and concerns (not just the 10 mins in room and out that usually occurs). He made sure to explain and clarify everything before leaving. He offered multiple solutions and treatments, making suggestions on best options but letting me make ultimate choice. Horrible scheduling. They over book and then run super behind. I was scheduled for a 1:45 pm appointment and only was told the doctor was running 45+ minutes behind because I went to the check in desk thinking I missed my name. Very poor communication and attitude / indifference to the delay / inconvenience by the front desk."
