"Ivy Rehab in NODA is amazing and definitely worth checking out for your PT needs! I enjoyed the business’s building and location but Sydney and Megan are incredible. Many times, I’d enter my PT session emotionally or mentally drained as well as physically struggling and the entire PT staff always lifted my spirits while improving my physical health. The physical relief they provided was amazing and my overall experience was quite pleasant! I do wish their receptionist was as friendly as personable as the PT staff, but other than that, I loved my experience from start to finish."
"When I first arrived at Ivy Rehab Noda, I was non-weight bearing, on crutches, and with my knee stuck in a bent position following a fractured tibia plateau injury... I worked with Anne, Sydney, Meghan (and Isaac!) over the past few weeks as they got creative with ways to get me up and walking, challenge my leg to get back into its normal position, and building up my strength. Thank-you to the whole Ivy Noda Team, the very best around :)"
"Best PT in Charlotte! I had Sydney Pece as my PT and I cannot recommend her enough. I’ve been in and out of Physical Therapy for shoulder surgery 3 times in the past 5 years, and Sydney was hands-down the best PT I’ve worked with. She provided exceptional care and helped me regain my full strength and range-of-motion. She really listened to me about how my shoulder was feeling in order to assess what was wrong. From there, she knew exactly what stretches/exercises we needed to do in order to alleviate any pain or tightness. Sydney is extremely gifted and passionate about what she does, and she actually made coming to PT enjoyable. Thanks to Sydney’s hard work and expertise, I feel better than ever! I also worked a lot with Izaack Kitchens, who was an aide for the PT. Izaack was great at demonstrating proper form during exercises, answering any questions I had, and encouraging me throughout the process. He was also very passionate about helping others and was always a pleasure to be around. With Sydney and Izaack’s help, I was able to make a full recovery. If you’re in the Charlotte area, this is the best place to go for Physical Therapy!"
"I had an issue with my right knee while running for several years. Over the years, this problem got terrible, and I could never verbalize it because it was not localized to one spot. All I know is that when I run downhill with a steep grade after the run, my knee problem flares up. Sometimes, this issue got to the point where I found it hard to walk upstairs and even sit. To complicate things, I started to develop a mild case of plater fascitis, and I assumed that the problem was because of my poor form because of the knee issue. I did some self-help and YouTubing to solve my problem, but nothing helped. That is when I decided to go to a physical therapist. I chose Ivy Rehab because they usually sponsor some of the races I run, and I wanted to support anyone who supports the racing community. I worked with John in the Noda Office and another person; initially, I had no expectations. John recorded my running style, went through each frame, and pointed out what he thought the problem was; then, he prescribed some exercises. I was amazed that I could not do some of the stuff he wanted me to do. As a result, I tried everything he showed me and tried new variations with some weight. When I returned a second time, I did some more exercises that added to my repertoire of leg exercises. I have only had two sessions, but those two sessions were game-changing. It has been several months, and I currently do these exercises twice weekly with more complex variations at the gym, and the knee issue is not so much an issue. My planter problem is manageable. I recommend this place, especially if you are a runner."
