"Three attempts to schedule appointment during business hours, never a return phone call. Finally got someone to pick up...8 weeks before I could schedule “ New Patient” appointment. 8 WEEKS. Finally get in there, fill out my new patient questionnaire and I get to meet with Emily , the PA. While Emily was nice and gave me the info I needed, 8 weeks to consult with the PA? Was then told it would take another 6 WEEKS to schedule my AT HOME sleep study. 6 MORE WEEKS! I am dealing with severe sleep apnea and yes, it took me some time to figure out my problem, but 4 months to get to a treatment plan doesn’t seem reasonable to me...unless I live in a country with socialized medicine. I would not recommend this practice. I have to believe there is a better option out there."

"Called several times over a 1 week period. Always went to voicemail. No one ever called me back. The Huntersville office receptionist advised me to get another Dr. I will not deal with Presbyterian Sleep again except to have my records transferred to another MD. Totally unsatisfactory."
