"I visited yesterday evening and had a great experience. The office and patient areas are very clean and well kept, and all the staff my husband and I encountered were wonderful people who excel at making what is already a less than pleasant experience so much better than expected. Stephanie at the front desk was fantastic, answered all our questions with regard to cost and insurance quickly and well, and was just friendly and great to talk to. They got us back and seen pretty quickly. I saw Dr. Geary, who will be doing my procedure, and I cannot recommend this man enough if you find yourself in need of hand surgery. Fantastic, warm, and pleasant bedside manner, and he was incredibly gentle in his examination of my wrist which has been hurting like mad for some time now. He's also extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain (and almost as impressively, pronounce) the condition that I have, both in lay terms and in fine medical detail. I felt genuinely cared for. I simply cannot recommend Dr. Geary and this whole office in general enough!"

"Dr. Thompson was very patient and informative. My son was able to understand what was going on with him, the MD explained in a way for us both to understand. He was also very sympathetic with my son, I loved that. Thank you Dr Thompson for doing what you do!!!"

"Front desk lady is rude & unpleasant, she had an attitude. She was insensitive to urgent care matter and worked slower than acceptable to just do patient check in information. Customer service and front desk manners should be re-evaluated. She didn’t want to check him in, she stated it would take hours before he could be seen. (After checking in he was called back 15min later) She even said “Well we’re not sure if we are going to accept anymore patients at this time.” I asked to check in anyway. As I looked around and there was literally one adult & a child in the waiting room. Smh, urgent care after hours is for urgent care matters. It’s 7:25pm and you close at 9pm. There shouldn’t be an issue nor should she turn patients away or encourage them to come another time cause it was inconvenient for her. Because I had an urgent care matter, I sat through it. The doctor and back office staff were treated us good, welcoming & polite. But OrthoCarolina needs to see about their front desk customer service."

"The office is always decorated so nicely and themed. Chase attended to me this last visit. He is very knowledgeable, approachable, and pleasant, which makes it easier to determine a quick plan of action and visit. I didn't visit Radiology today, but they're always so courteous."
